/ Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Mara Osei, MD

A practicing internist with fifteen years in primary care, Dr. Osei built Clearway's clinical protocols around one conviction: outcome data must be shared, not stored.

Her clinical work exposed how often continuity breaks down at referral boundaries. Every care model at Clearway is designed to prevent that gap.

/ Co-Founder & Chief of Clinical Operations

Dr. James Reyes, MD

A family physician and former hospital department head, Dr. Reyes shaped Clearway's operational model around physician agency — ensuring clinicians, not scheduling algorithms, direct care decisions.

He led the organization's referral outcomes initiative, making those numbers publicly available from the first year of operation.

Transparency is not a feature. It is the foundation.

From the organization's first year, referral outcomes and care continuity rates have been published openly. Patients and partners deserve to see the same data we use to improve care.
